Personal data that we collect
Tinzo processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this information to us yourself. Below you will find an
overview of the personal data we process:
Account and contact details: Your first name (and possibly last name) and your email address.
Demographic data: Your gender and the age category you fall into, as provided during onboarding.
Health and wellness data: Information about the duration and nature of your complaints (medical history), and the responses, goals, and scores you actively fill in the app (such as your baseline measurement for grip, anxiety, and sleep). This data is crucial for shaping your personal Tinzo journey.
Purchase and subscription data: The active status of your subscription.
Technical and usage data: Data about your activities and progress within the app and on our website, and the type of device you use. This helps us improve the app (anonymously) and fix bugs.
Correspondence: All other personal data that you actively provide to us, for example, when you send us an email with a question or feedback.
Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have permission from
parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities
to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact us at info@tinzo.nl, and we will remove
this information.

Being able to call or email you if necessary for our services
Informing you about changes to services and products

Complying with legal obligations (such as tax legislation)
The bases for these processes are: execution of the agreement, consent, legitimate interest, and legal obligation.
Automated decision-making
Tinzo makes no decisions based on automated processing that may have (significant) consequences for individuals. There is therefore no profiling or automated rejections without human intervention.
