These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Tinzo app and website, developed by Tinzo B.V., located at Bouwkamp 12, 6576 JX Ooij (Chamber of Commerce: 97074950). By using Tinzo, you agree to these terms.

Purpose of Tinzo

Tinzo offers digital self-help for people with tinnitus and/or hyperacusis. The app includes information, exercises, a sound library, and a community feature. Tinzo is intended as support and does not replace medical treatment or advice from a doctor or specialist.

Use of the app

  • You may only use Tinzo for personal and non-commercial purposes.

  • You are responsible for the choices you make based on the information and features in the app.

Personal data and privacy

  • Tinzo processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Please see our privacy statement for more information.

  • Your data is only used for the functioning of the app and for improving the service.

  • You can delete your account and have your data erased at any time. Please send an email to info@tinzo.nl for this.

  • By using Tinzo, you agree that anonymised usage data and profile information may be used for scientific research and for improving the app. This does not involve directly identifiable account information.

Liability

  • Tinzo makes every effort to provide reliable information and well-functioning features.

  • However, Tinzo cannot guarantee that the app will always function flawlessly or that the content is always complete or up-to-date.

  • Tinzo is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the app.

Payments and subscriptions

  • Some parts of Tinzo are free to use. A paid subscription may apply for extra features or content.

  • Prices are clearly stated in the app and may change. You will be informed about this in good time.

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your account settings or the app store where you have subscribed.

Changes to the terms and conditions

  • Tinzo can change these terms. You will be notified of significant changes.

  • The most recent version of the terms can always be found at www.tinzo.nl or in the app.
